Campaigns that send from mailboxes that are ready
Engage is EmailPal’s own sequencer. Pick the mailboxes, write up to ten steps, set the hours, and launch. Each mailbox shows its warming status, and held or suspended mailboxes are skipped automatically.
- Included on every plan
- Up to 10 steps, 6 variants each
- Pauses itself on bounces
- No open tracking, by design
A sequencer that only sends from healthy mailboxes
Pick the mailboxes, write the steps, set the hours. Each mailbox shows its warming status and warns you before you send cold from one that is still warming; held or suspended mailboxes are skipped automatically.
Steps with real delays
Up to ten steps, each with a delay in minutes, hours or days. Every step can carry up to six variants, so you test one email against another instead of guessing.
Merge fields never go out blank
{{firstName | there}} falls back when a field is empty, {{RANDOM | Hi | Hello}} varies a greeting, and the launch check flags any variable that has no fallback.
Schedules in the time zone you pick
Up to five schedules per campaign, each with its own hours and one time zone you choose, plus optional start and stop dates. Emails only go out inside the window, read in that zone for every lead. It does not match each lead to their own local time, so run one campaign per region if that matters.
Stops when a lead replies
On by default. Optionally stop on out-of-office replies too, and pause everyone at a company when one person answers, with an optional cap on how many at one company are emailed at once.
Daily limits and shared mailboxes
Set a daily send limit and a cap on new leads per day. When campaigns share a mailbox, priority decides how much each one sends, and emails are spaced out with a minimum gap plus a random one.
Matches mailbox to recipient
Prefer Google mailboxes for Gmail recipients and Microsoft for Outlook, or send a provider’s leads only from the mailboxes you have tagged for it.
Link clicks tracked, opens not
Link clicks use your own tracking domain when you set one. Open tracking is off by design: the pixel hurts delivery and the number is unreliable, so there is no switch for it.
Automatic pausing
A campaign pauses itself when its bounce rate passes your threshold (5% by default, after at least 200 sends). Complaints and unsubscribes suppress the contact, and a mailbox past its bounce limit is held on its own.
A check before launch
Copy, unsubscribe link, mailing address, leads and their verification, mailbox readiness and the schedule are checked first, and prohibited content blocks the launch outright.
Four steps, and nothing sends until you launch
A campaign lives in Engage beside the Unibox and the CRM, in the same login as your domains and mailboxes.
Write the sequence
A new campaign is a draft with one empty step and a weekday office-hours schedule. Add steps, set the wait between them, and give any step up to six variants to test.
Add your leads
Upload a CSV, paste addresses, or add people already on a list. Unsubscribed, bounced and blocklisted contacts are skipped, and addresses can be verified as they come in.
Pass the launch check
Blockers must be cleared before a campaign can start, including the unsubscribe link, your business mailing address and prohibited content. Warnings, such as unverified leads, are flagged but do not stop you.
Launch and watch
Launching does not send everything at once. Emails go out one at a time inside the schedule, the daily limit and each mailbox’s cap, and you can pause or diagnose the campaign at any point.
Send the sequence, keep the mailboxes healthy
Engage, the Unibox and the CRM are on for every account on every plan, with no seats and no per-campaign fees.
