Remove yourself from the lead table
The EmailPal lead table shows business contact details that come from a third-party data provider. If you are in it and you do not want to be, you can have yourself removed here. It takes one email address and one click on a link we send you.
If you are the person in the record
Enter your work email address. We send a confirmation link to it. Nothing is removed until you open the link and confirm, which is how we know the address is yours. We do not tell you whether the address is in our data: you get the same message either way.
When you confirm, you are removed from the lead table and the address is added to our platform-wide suppression list, so no customer can email it through our infrastructure. We keep one-way (keyed hash) records of the details you gave, so that you are not shown again.
If you speak for a company
A company can have a domain it controls removed by publishing a DNS TXT record we give you. When the record is found, everyone at that domain is hidden from the lead table. A domain that covers a large part of the table is confirmed by a person on our team first.
Anything else
Bulk requests, requests from counsel or agencies, and anything this page cannot handle: email privacy@emailpal.io. A person reviews these.
Removal hides you in our lead table. It does not change the records held by our data provider, and it does not erase copies a customer exported earlier; for those, contact the customer.
