When is a mailbox ready to send?

EmailPal never locks a mailbox out of campaigns while it warms. Campaign-ready is an informational flag that a mailbox has finished 14 days of warming, shown next to the inbox placement we measure. The accelerated ramp finishes in about a week, but the flag is still set at 14 days. Pre-warmed leases are ready when you claim them.

Troubleshooting failed warmup

Warming fails when authentication is wrong, the mailbox cannot send or receive, placement stays in spam, or a bounce trips an automatic hold. This page is the EmailPal checklist for fixing the cause.

Campaign-ready vs inbox placement

Campaign-ready is an informational flag that a mailbox has finished its usual 14 days of warming. It is not a lock and not a measurement of placement. Inbox placement is shown separately, and you can send cold whenever you choose.

Do warmup emails count toward sending limits?

Warmup messages are separate from your cold-email cap. The cold-send cap (15 a day per inbox by default, up to 100) counts campaign mail, not the warming conversations running in the background.

Warmup bounce and disabled warmup

If a warmup message bounces, EmailPal can disable warming on that mailbox so we stop hitting a broken address. Fix authentication, credentials or the mailbox itself, then resume.

Can I warm Gmail, Outlook or my own server?

Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes, yes: connect them with an app password and warm them at $0.60 per inbox per month. Microsoft 365, Outlook and other providers, no. EmailPal also warms the mailboxes it hosts for you.
