Prospects and lead data
Unlimited intent leads: what is included
Every paid EmailPal plan includes unlimited intent leads: describe or filter who you want, preview the size for free, and build audiences of up to 50,000 people researching your topic in the last 1 to 10 days, with no credits and no per-lead charge. What a free account gets, the honest limits, and how it differs from credit-metered lead databases.
What "unlimited intent leads" means
Unlimited intent leads is part of every paid EmailPal plan: Starter, Growth and Scale. In Prospects you build intent audiences: people who have been researching a topic you choose, such as CRM software or solar panels, in the last 1 to 10 days, matched to the job, company and location filters you set. You do it without buying credits, topping up a balance or paying per lead. The plan fee is the only price. Pricing, plans and mailbox overages
It is a plan feature, not an add-on, and it is the same on every plan. For a short walkthrough, see the Unlimited intent leads page.
What is included
On a paid plan you get all of this:
- Describe your audience in a sentence, or pick filters: interests, job titles, seniority, department, industry, company size, revenue, company domains, US state, city and ZIP code.
- An intent window from 1 to 10 days, 7 by default.
- A free size preview with a few sample rows, as often as you like.
- Audiences of up to 50,000 people each. Build as many as you need.
- Save to a list, new or existing. Large audiences import in the background.
- CSV export of any list, and Add to campaign from the list.
- Audience history, to page through the rows of an audience you built, open a row's details or delete it.
The step-by-step guide is Build an intent audience.
AppSumo lifetime licences include it too, because they include the plan.
What a free account gets
A new account gets its first 100 leads once, for free. Tell Pal who you sell to during setup and he finds them and saves them to your first prospect list, so you can judge the fit before you pay. Removed and suppressed people are skipped.
Building audiences, previews in Prospects, more lists, CSV export and sending need a paid plan.
The honest limits
Unlimited does not mean without rules. These apply to every account:
- United States only. Audiences cover people in the United States. Prospects coverage and acceptable use
- 50,000 people per audience. A larger match is refused before anything is built. Narrow the filters or shorten the intent window and preview again.
- Third-party data that can be out of date. Treat an email as a lead, not a promise, and verify the list before you send. Lead data accuracy and verifying before you send
- Intent is a signal, not a promise. It means the person researched the topic recently. It does not mean they are ready to buy.
- Acceptable use. The data is for contacting people with a plausible business reason. Scraping it, reselling it, building a database from it and getting around the service's limits (including with several accounts) are not allowed, and nobody who has been removed may be contacted.
- Rate limited per minute. If you see a too-quick message, wait a moment and try again.
- No native HubSpot or Salesforce sync. Leads reach a CRM through a CSV export, or through the EmailPal CRM when you add them to a campaign.
API access on Scale
The Scale plan also includes API access to intent audiences and Prospects search, with fair-use limits. The Prospects and intent leads API
How it compares with credit-based lead databases
Many sequencers sell lead data separately, by the credit or the reveal. In EmailPal the leads come with the plan, so a bigger audience or a bigger list does not cost more. What you still pay for is the sending side: mailboxes, domains, warming and verification checks, as on the pricing page. We do not quote a database size, and the data covers the United States only.
FAQs
Is it really unlimited?
There are no credits and no per-lead price, and no limit on how many audiences you build in the dashboard. Each audience holds up to 50,000 people, and you are still bound by acceptable use, by United States coverage and by the per-minute rate limit.
Do the plans differ in Prospects?
No. Starter, Growth and Scale get the same intent audiences. Scale also gets API access to them.
What happens to my lists if my subscription lapses?
You can still open, rename and delete your lists. Building audiences, saving new contacts and adding to campaigns need an active plan.
Can I use the leads with Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist?
Yes. Export a list as a CSV and import it there, then send from your EmailPal mailboxes over SMTP and IMAP. The rules for the data apply wherever you send it. SMTP and IMAP credentials
