Unified inbox

What it is

One inbox for every mailbox on the account. Replies to campaigns, bounces that come back as mail, and anything else that hits MX.

Warming traffic is filtered out by default so a seed conversation does not look like a lead. You can show it if you are debugging warming.

What you can do

Read, send, flag, delete. Same actions exist on /api/public/v1/inbox. MCP can read and send too.

FAQs

Is this a replacement for Gmail?

It is the control plane for infrastructure mailboxes. Many teams still connect SMTP to a sequencer and only use this inbox for replies that do not go back through that tool.

Can I search?

Use the inbox filters on the dashboard. There is no separate help-center search backend for message bodies.
