Sending limits per mailbox
Default cold-email caps: 40 per day on plan mailboxes, 15 per day on pre-warmed leases, and why more volume means more inboxes not a higher cap. Warming traffic does not count.

Starter's 50 mailboxes at 40/day is 2,000 sends. Growth (200 mailboxes) is 8,000 at the same default. Scale (600) is 24,000. That is mailbox count × cap, not a pool you can dump through one address.
Warming traffic is separate. The ramp does not eat the 40 or the 15. Do warmup emails count toward sending limits?.
Need more volume: claim or provision more mailboxes, spread across more domains (2–5 per name). How many mailboxes per domain?.
Why not 200/day on a "warm" inbox
Receivers cluster senders that suddenly look like a list. A mailbox that inboxed during warming can still look like a new bulk sender the week you paste it into Instantly and jump to 50 or 100.
The pre-warmed product is priced and capped so the measurement you bought survives the first week of real copy. Smartlead-style pages that hint at ramping 20–30 then +5/day are describing a fresh warmup, not EmailPal's lease. On a lease the ramp already happened; the ceiling is 15.
Plan mailboxes sit at 40 once campaign-ready for the same reason: 40 is a lot of strangers for one identity. Going higher is how complaint rates and Gmail's bulk-sender attention show up. Google and Yahoo sender requirements.
What counts as a send
A cold-email attempt against the cap is a campaign message you initiated. A bounce is still a send that failed — it still happened. Verification exists so fewer of them happen. List verification by EmailPal.
Replies you write in the unified inbox are not the same bucket as blasting a sequence. If you are unsure whether a path counts, assume campaign SMTP through a sequencer counts.

Can I raise the 40?
Account-level send policy is a plan constraint, not a slider per mailbox for "just this campaign." If you are hitting it, you are at the size of the next plan or the next inbox.
Can I raise the 15 on a pre-warmed lease?
No. That cap is how the listing's inbox rate survives contact with a campaign. Volume means more leases.
Do bounces count?
A bounce is a send that failed. It still happened. Verify first.
Does EmailPal throttle below 40 if placement drops?
Warming will hold or Slow-Ramp. Campaign SMTP you fire through Instantly is still your sequencer. If placement collapsed, stop the sequence. The cap is not a substitute for watching inbox rate.
Instantly lets me set 100/day. Which number wins?
Both can fire. Instantly will happily queue 100. EmailPal's infrastructure and the providers on the other end still see 100 from one identity. Set the sequencer to the EmailPal cap.
