EmailPal runs four isolated IP pools so one customer's list does not define another customer's reputation. Dedicated IPs are $20/mo on Growth and Scale.
Shared but not mixed
Shared IPs are how $69 infrastructure exists. Isolation is how they stay usable: pools are separated so a noisy neighbour is not automatically your problem.
Dedicated IPs ($20/mo, Growth and Scale) are for senders who want the reputation line to be only theirs.

Can I pick a pool?
Assignment is ours. The point of isolation is operational, not a menu of "best" IPs.
Does a dedicated IP skip warming?
No. A new IP is as untrusted as a new domain. Warming still applies to the mailboxes.
