Identity Pixel
Identity Pixel pricing and extra pixels
Every paid EmailPal plan includes 1 Identity Pixel. Each additional pixel is $49.95 a month, prorated and charged to your card on file after you confirm. How the charge is counted, what removing a pixel does, and how it shows on your invoice.
The price
| Price | |
|---|---|
| First Identity Pixel | Included with every paid plan (Starter, Growth and Scale) |
| Each additional pixel | $49.95 / month |
| Identified visitors, exports, auto-sync | Included, no per-visitor or per-contact fee |
One pixel covers one website. An agency tracking several client sites adds a pixel per site.
How an extra pixel is charged
When you add a site and your account already uses its included pixel, EmailPal shows the price before creating anything: $49.95 a month, prorated for the rest of this billing period and charged to your card on file. Nothing is created until you confirm.
The charge is counted from use: the number of active pixels across the workspaces billed to your account, minus the 1 included. Your invoice shows it as its own line next to mailboxes and the other add-ons, and the Billing page preview uses the same numbers.
Removing a pixel
Remove a site at any time from the pixel dashboard. If it was a paid extra pixel, the charge stops from your next renewal. Removing a site deletes its pixel and the visitors it identified; people already added to your lists stay there.
What you need
An active paid plan. Free accounts cannot create a pixel, and if the subscription lapses, collection stops for every site; visitors collected before then are kept.
FAQs
Does the included pixel cost anything?
No. It is part of every paid plan.
Do workspaces each get a free pixel?
No. The included pixel is per billing account: all workspaces billed to the same account share it.
Can I change the domain of a paid pixel without paying twice?
Yes. Changing the domain replaces the pixel rather than adding one, so the count of active pixels, and the charge, stay the same.
