Create mailboxes
Bulk-provision EmailPal mailboxes with a naming pattern, how overage is billed, and when SMTP/IMAP is ready.
From the dashboard
- Open Mailboxes → new.
- Choose the domain (DNS must be verified).
- Choose a pattern: first, first.last, firstlast, flast — and how many.
- Confirm. Mailboxes inside the plan allowance are included; extras are $1/mo. The form tells you which of those you are about to hit.
- When the job completes, credentials are available on each mailbox and via export.

POST /api/public/v1/mailboxes with the domain and naming options. Same job model as the dashboard.
FAQs
How many mailboxes per domain?
On domains you own, you choose. Reputation is usually better with fewer senders per domain. Pre-warmed bundles are a fixed set per listed domain.
When can I send?
As soon as the mailbox exists you can physically send. You should wait for warming or use a pre-warmed lease. Default cold cap on plan mailboxes is 40/day; pre-warmed is 15/day.
