The short version of EmailPal's acceptable use rules: no spam, harvested lists, or content that gets pools listed. Full policy is on the legal page.
The point
EmailPal sells infrastructure on shared and dedicated IPs. One customer sending stolen lists or malware ruins neighbours. We will suspend for that.
Read the full acceptable use policy. This article is the operator summary:
- Send to people you are allowed to contact
- Verify lists; do not throw catch-alls at a warmed pool as a default
- No phishing, malware, or the usual illegal content
- Complaints are suppressed platform-wide
- Abuse reports: abuse@emailpal.io
FAQs
Is cold email allowed?
Yes, that is the product, inside the policy. "Cold" is not a synonym for unauthenticated, harvested, or deceptive.
What happens on a violation?
Automatic holds, suppression, and account action as described in the legal pages. Support tickets are not an appeal to keep sending a stolen list.
